Residential Care Home Vaccination Programme
An outreach programme bringing vaccination directly to care home residents, who are among the most at risk from influenza and pneumococcal disease.

What it is
Residents of care homes are both more likely to catch respiratory infections and more likely to become seriously ill from them. Getting them to a clinic is not always practical.
Under this programme a visiting doctor vaccinates residents at the home itself, at no cost to the resident.
Who it is for
Residents of enrolled residential care homes for the elderly and for persons with disabilities in the district.
What we do here
Dr Li carries out outreach vaccination visits to participating homes in the Tin Shui Wai and Yuen Long area. Care home managers can call the clinic on 2267 7899 to arrange a visit.
What to bring
Your Hong Kong Identity Card — eligibility is checked against it.
Your current medicines, and any recent test results or hospital letters.
